Our Story
Back in 2017, owner Ray met a bunch of American friends in Taipei's Zhongshan District who loved hot dogs. They teamed up on a small food cart — and it's been running ever since, same recipe the whole way.
A big sausage, a steamed bun, and enough sauce — not the crispy Taiwanese sausage with ketchup. It's the bite that Americans in Taiwan say tastes "right."
Pure pork, slow-simmered with a dozen-plus Mexican and American spices. Americans and Mexicans who know their chili recognize this flavor — many buy it by the bagful to take home.
We've moved into AI DARTS, a self-serve darts bar in Taipei's Da'an District. Between rounds, grab a hot dog with chili fries and keep playing.
