The main shopping streets in Taipei's East District (Zhongxiao Fuxing to Zhongxiao Dunhua) are Lane 161, Section 1, Dunhua S. Rd and Lane 205, Section 4, Zhongxiao E. Rd. Timing First: Most Shops Open in the Afternoon
Most of the clothing and boutique shops in these two lanes open after 1 PM to 2 PM and close around 10 PM. So the smoothest plan is to head out after lunch, grab a snack in the early evening, and have a proper dinner or late-night meal afterward.

- QUEEN SHOP (No. 24, Lane 161): started out with a sweet, playful look.
- WOOPLANET (No. 28, Lane 161): vintage and prep style, 2 PM to 10 PM.
- Popcorn Dunnan store (No. 29, Lane 161): a more mature, sophisticated look, 1 PM to 10 PM.
- NIHOW (No. 33, Lane 161): a Korean brand select shop.
- D+AF Dunnan store (No. 61, Lane 161): footwear specialist, 1:30 PM to 10 PM.
- OB Select (1F, No. 24, Lane 205): sizes XS to XL, 1:30 PM to 10 PM.
- MUCHO (1F-A, No. 1, Aly. 29, Lane 205): 1 PM to 10:30 PM.
Early Evening: A Light Snack, Don't Fill Up
Halfway through, grab a drink or a small bite and save room for later. If it rains and you don't want to walk around outside, there are spots in the East District to wait out the rain, including AI DARTS, an indoor self-serve darts bar.
Evening: Hot Dogs at Hotdogray After Shopping
Once the shops close and you're hungry, walk over to AI DARTS on Section 4 of Renai Road in Da'an District; Hotdogray is inside. The Original Hot Dog is $50, and if you like chili, get the Chili Dog for $70. Carrying shopping bags and don't want to sit long? Takeout works too. Hours: Wednesday to Friday, 8 PM to around midnight, plus every other Saturday. If it rains or something unexpected comes up we may not open, so check the in-store notice or our LINE announcements.
